RESOLUTION 2004-7  

A RESOLUTION TO THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MILLERSBURG, INDIANA AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF A LOAN FROM THE WASTEWATER IMPROVEMENT FUND TO THE TIF FUND TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL FOR JULY 2004.

            WHEREAS;   The tax monies due for the TIF property tax disbursement have not been issued to the Town of Millersburg, due to tax reassessment for the year 2004, the Town Council of the Town of Millersburg finds it necessary to borrow money from the Wastewater Improvement Fund and appropriate it to the TIF Fund to make the July 15 th, 2004 principal payment due.

            WHEREAS;   The amount needed for appropriation is $7,500.00. The loan will be repaid by December 31st, 2004 with zero interest from the TIF tax disbursement in the amount of $7,500.00.

            ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Millersburg, Indiana this 23 rd day of June, 2004..
