We, the undersigned members of the Millersburg Town Council, hereby request that the State Board of Tax Commissioners reduce the 2003 Cumulative Capital Development Fund Budget in the amount of Seventeen- Thousand and Five-Hundred and Twenty dollars ($17,520.00).
