Resolution 2003-15

A RESOLUTION TO THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MILLERSBURG , INDIANA, AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF INTEREST EARNED IS DEPOSITED INTO THE GENERAL FUND.

WHEREAS;   The Wastewater Department has become financially stable and it has been determined by the Town Council of the Town of Millersburg that all interest earned on the money market account, savings account and checking account be put into the General Fund until the Council deems necessary to change. The first installment will commence in January 2004.

ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Millersburg , Indiana this 8th day of December, 2003.
