Ordinance 1999-7
Whereas, It has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more
money than was appropriated in the annual budget; now, therefore:
Section 1: Be it ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Millersburg,
Indiana, Elkhart County, that for the expenses of the taxing unit the following
additional sums of money are hereby appropriated out of the funds named and
for the purposes specified, subject to laws governing the same:

Section 2: These funds have been received from the Youth Services Bureau for the Millersburg After School Adventure Program, operated through the Park and Recreation Board. All funds for MAAP will be appropriated for this program.
