Ordinance 1999-6

Whereas, It has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget; now, therefore:

Section 1: Be it ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Millersburg, Indiana, Elkhart County, that for the expenses of the taxing unit the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated out of the funds named and for the purposes specified, subject to laws governing the same:

Section 2: These fund have been received from Benton Township ($1,625) and Clinton Township ($9,000) and will be appropriated for the summer park program and general repairs and improvements at Cook Station Park as designated by the Townships. Plus $5,920 from the Youth Services Bureau for the Millersburg After School Adventure Program, operated through the Park and Recreation Board. All funds for MAAP will be appropriated for this program except $500 which will be appropriated for general repairs and improvement at Cook Station Park.
