Be it ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Millersburg, Indiana that $250,000 of the Town’s Funds will be invested in a Money Market Fund according to Public Law 134 - HOUSE ENROLLED ACT 1431 - EFFECTIVE July 1, 1999 INVESTMENTS - Amends IC 5-13-9-1 - Adds IC 5-13-9-2.4 and IC 5-13-9-2.5
