Ordinance 1999-2a

LET IT BE KNOWN that the Town Council of the town of Millersburg, IN, agrees to make the following:

1. Be it ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Millersburg, Elkhart County, Indiana, accepts Elva Beechy’s (owner of this property) authorization for the Town of Millersburg to place two signs on the South side of the overpass top — KEEP OFF —

2. It is also ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Millersburg, Elkhart County, Indiana, that the Millersburg Marshal be authorized to enforce this ordinance.
