Be it ordained by the town council of the town of Millersburg, Indiana that the receipt of $7500.00 from the sale of the 1989 Chevrolet Truck be deposited into the Sewer Depreciation Fund.

Also, be it ordained by the town council of the town of Millersburg, Indiana that all interest and dividend money from all town accounts for the period of July 1, 1998 through December 31, 1998 be deposited into the Sewer Depreciation Fund.
