Whereas, it has been determined that it is necessary to encumber money from the 1998 budget for equipment to be purchased in the 1999 calendar year.

Be it ordained by the town council of the town of Millersburg, Indiana that for the expenses of the Park Department, $9,200.00 is encumbered from the Park & Recreation Fund, line 360, for the purposes of paying Middlebury Electric for new lights for the ball diamonds at Cook Station
