RESOLUTION 1995-100

WHEREAS. Workman’s Compensation does not pay 100% of an employees salary:

BE IT ORDAINED by the Millersburg Town Council of the Town Of Millersburg. that:

Employees who are injured on the job and draw workman’s compensation may be paid the difference between their bi-weekly salary and workman’s compensation utilizing sick days, vacation days and comp. time hours.
