AMENDMENT TO SALARY ORDINANCE 1991-16

Whereas the Town Council approved the position of School Crossing Guard to be paid out of the Cable TV Fund as needed. Also. whereas the Town Council approved to give a bonus to employees for 1992,

Now therefore be it ordained by the Council of Town Trustees of the Town of Millersburg:

1. That the School Crossing Guard is to receive $17.00 per day for each day of work while school is in session. 2/3 of the position’s salary will be reimbursed by the school system.
2. That the salaries for the Superintendent. Maintenance Man. Marshal and Clerk-Treasurer be increased by the amount of $50.00 and the salary for the Crossing Guard be increased by the amount of $25.00 for a Christmas bonus with the checks to be distributed December 18, 1992, to be paid out of the Cable TV Fund.
