AMENDMENT TO SALARY ORDINANCE 1989-10

Whereas the Town Council approved the position of School Crossing Guard to be paid out of the Cable TV Fund. Also, whereas the

Town Council approved to give a bonus to employees for 1990.

Now therefore, be it ordained by the Council of Town Trustees of the Town of Millersburg:

1. That the School Crossing Guard is to receive $18.00 per day for each day of work while school is in session. 2/3’s of the positions salary will be reimbursed by the school system.

2. That the salaries for the Superintendent, Maintenance Man, Marshal and Clerk—Treasurer be increased by the amount of $50.00 and the salary for the Crossing Guard he increased by the amount of $25.00 for a Christmas bonus with the, checks to be distributed December 6, 1990, to be paid out of the General fund.
