Millersburg Town Council Meeting
November 22nd, 2006
The regular monthly meeting of the Millersburg Town Council was held on Wednesday November 22nd 6:30 P.M. at the Millersburg Town Hall.
James Winkler called the regular meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
- A motion was made by James Winkler to approve the minutes for November 8th, 2006. The motion was seconded by Dean Hawkins and carried by a unanimous voice vote.
Park
- Park Board President Lee Nisley informed the Council that the Elkhart County Fair Board has donated a stage to the Town of Millersburg, but the town needs to pick up the trailer with a police escort in lieu of licensing.
- President Nisley informed the Council that the concrete work at the park came in under budget.
- President Nisley informed the Council that that the water bills for the concession stand and pavilion may be mixed up. After a discussion with Superintendent Eldridge it was discovered that the pavilion had a toilet that leaked that’s why the bill was so high.
- President Nisley was informed by the Clerk/Treasurer that he was over budgeted in the operating fund. Mr. Nisley questioned if that was because of the additional appropriation for the new lawn mower. As the Clerk/Treasurer was not present Deputy Clerk Branden Beachy stated that he would talk to the Clerk/Treasurer.
- President Nisley questioned if the town was going to put up the Christmas decoration this year. President Nisley stated that the town could use one of his bucket trucks if needed. It was suggested that he talked to the Marshal and Council President Winkler will talk to the Maintenance Department Matt and Jack about putting the decorations up.

James Winkler made the motion to pay the bills. Dean Hawkins seconded the motion and motion was carried by a unanimous voice vote.
